Professional Loan Signing Agent services for real estate and mortgage transactions. I provide accurate, organized, and dependable signings while helping borrowers move comfortably through their document package.
Services include refinance, purchase, seller, and other real estate signing appointments. I am NNA Certified and Background Screened, FNTG Approved, carry $100,000 E&O insurance, and am equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and mobile scanner for scanbacks when required.

Notary Fees
Utah notarial fees are charged in accordance with state law:
Acknowledgments: $10 per signature
Jurats: $10 per signature
Signature Witnessing: $10 per signature
Certified Copies: $10 per page certified
Other Notarial Acts: Fees quoted in accordance with Utah law
Mobile Appointments
Mobile notary service is available throughout Cache Valley and surrounding areas. An additional mobile service charge applies to all mobile appointments and varies based on location, distance, scheduling, and appointment requirements.
Additional charges may also apply for early morning, evening, weekend, rush, last-minute, or printing services.
